The Vinos Unico crew is bringing Iberian Wines to Los Angeles

Luis and the Vinos Unico team host happy hour at Hollywood’s best gourmet dive, Lou Wine Bar. Join us and owner Lou Amdur for a special all-Portuguese wine flight specially selected for Lou’s local organic cuisine, including one of the world’s most distinctive wines: an organic Vinho Verde made from 100% Loureiro grapes from Ponte de Lima’s Quinta do Ameal.

Join us and the fabulous crew at newly-expanded Rosso Wine Shop as Luis taps into his Spanish roots and cooks up an al fresco paella to pair with an assortment of Spanish and Portuguese vinos and vinhos. We’ll be commandeering Silverlake Wine’s weekly Sunday afternoon tasting to showcase some of the best wines the Iberian peninsula has to offer. Stories from our recent trip abroad will be shared and great wines from across Spain and Portugal will be on pour, maybe even a rare 1994 Gran Reserva Rioja from Vina Valoria. Five different wines will be matched with a four-course hors d’oeuvres tasting menu catered by local restaurants. Come enjoy an Eastside LA institution with Vinos Unico and Silverlake Wine.

Need a wine and cheese Happy Hour to wrap up your Monday? Downtown LA’s hottest new wine bar will be featuring a special flight of five Iberian wines selected by owner, wine director and avowed dandy Santos Uy. They will paired with Iberian cheeses by Mignon’s own exceutive chef and fromagier Beth.
